Hello All,
I am going to India and have to go for stamping. I come under Chennai consular district but planning to go to Delhi because of high rejection rate in Chennai.
First thing, I am not sure if I can go to Delhi when I come under Chennai consular district.
Second thing is, should there be a valid reason with supporting documents for attending the visa appointment in Delhi instead of Chennai.
Your thoughts and experiences on the above points would be very helpul for me in resolving this issue. Thanks a lot.

Yes, as long as the derivative I-485 is submitted before the primary applicant receives approval of his I-485.
Incorrect!
Her I-485 does not need to filed before his I-485 approval. She can file for her I-485 when PD is current and maintaining valid visa status (or out of status < 180 days) at the time of filing of her I-485.

My labor and 140 are approved under EB3 with priority date May 2003. Since Green Card is for future employment can I port my date to EB2 with another company and
a. Not tell my current employer and continue with my job
b. Not work for my future employer

There is just one thing you can do......pray........however gods immigration dept is as slow as USCIS............IV community will attest to that:)
Ofcourse you dont need approved h1b to leave the country......only to come back..so if you will be there for a few weeks you can get PP done till then........make sure stamping etc is taken care of before you show up at POE.........

I got FP notice inside 2 weeks of submitting my EAD application. I am in TSC. Again FP depends on when you last Finger prints. I dont everyone 'HAS' to get FP.

Wait there is one more thing he needs to check if it single entry or multiple entry.
Entries: S (Single) or M (Multiple)
Since its a 10 Yr Visa it would be a M entry but no harm in double checking it right.

I have similar situation.
I changed my employer last year and used AC21 / EAD. Now I want to return back to old employer who sponsored my Greencard. Is there a way to withdraw AC21?

From the information I can gather, all medical professionals say that the tetanus vaccination is safe. However I am hugely opposed to vaccinations ever since I had a hideous reaction to a flu shot, but I'm opposed to vaccines especially in pregnancy and USCIS will not accept me not having the tetanus vaccine. Our immigration doctor said I have no choice. I also don't like the mercury and formaldehyde that they put in vaccines and the fact they say it "won't hurt" my baby doesn't go well with me at all. It's interesting how the medical community says "sure, have the shot" yet people in other forums that I've seen say "don't do it!!"

Isnt the three year extension valid only if you cannot file your I-485 because of retrogression? Once you file your 485, you get only a year?

Thanks !! My 140 is indeed pending. But I dont have plans to move to EAD now. I am moving to EAD only after my 140 is approved.

I also had two LUD's after I submitted the AR-11 form. It took two days more after I submitted the AR-11 form

I also got LUD once I have submitted AR 11 but I only has LUD on my I765, I131 not on I485, But I did received confirmation from USCIS that my address got changed for pending App (i.e. 485)..Should I be worried...since I didnt get any LUD on 485....Please help
