Since more people have Intel based Macs, than Macs with Blu-ray burners built in, it would be nice if maybe they prioritized on a Universal version instead...
There is already a universal version.
Maybe the software, but the drive itself may be only compatible with Blu-Ray rather than HD-DVD.
The original poster is talking about support in general. The original summary incorrectly states that Apple is preferring Blu-Ray over HD-DVD, when in reality they're in both camps.

I have always used Safari since it came out, but since Jan '06 (and moving to the country), I have had to switch to Camino/Firefox because I now have Satellite internet.
The problem I have is that Safari is lazy and won't wait as long as it takes for a page to load. It will just show broken image icons where the graphics should be. The other aforementioned browsers take their time and keep accessing the page until it loads, even if I open multiple tab pages at once.
I would love to go back to Safari if they would fix this problem or if there was some box I needed to check/uncheck in the prefs.
Any ideas?

Anyone Know if Blue-Ray discs are archival? The normal DVD have a high failure rate after a few year in storage. Even CD-R media will not last decades.

To be honest, it's only another iPhone rumor to add to the mix. The idea that Apple is ploughing ahead with new models is nice, but let's wait for v1.0 first before we start speculating about 'new' features.

So after some more digging around, I managed to find KeepRecipes and it is exactly what I am looking for. It's sort of like the instagram for recipes. So far, I really love it.

One tip I have for those clients who want to change absolutley every little detail... explain that you are happy to change it all for an extra fee, and you'll even offer a lower hourly rate since you're not being asked to do anything creative, but remind them that they will end up with a site designed by an amateur to their personal, individual taste, rather than the site designed by a professional and designed to appeal to their whole customer base that they've already paid for.

i had jailbreak on my 4.3.1 ios, but needed to remove it before going into apple to see the genius bar..
but i updated and restores on itunes and now i cant kick of recovery, i have gone to tiny umbrella and tried kick out and also unchecked the box saying set hosts to cydia on exit?
please help quickly my appointment is soon :(

$25 an hour for 3 hours work is NOT reasonable unless you live in a motor home in the desert. $25 is only good if it's a wage and you have an employer paying benefits and taxes for you. But as a freelancer, $25 is not that much by the time you pay taxes and other expenses; unless you are billing out 50 or 60 hours a week. 3 hours at $25 is terrible! A hundred hours (billable) at $25 is better... but still kind of low (depending on experience and where you live).
If the OP is going to bill hourly, then he at least needs to set a minimum hourly charge to make worth his while.
Again to get the real hourly wage divide $25 by 3, that is the true hourly rate which is $8.30. Reasonable I think not.
Generally the rule is the rule of 3 (this is how I quote, clients are happy and I don't undercut myself), times quotes by 3 and divide your hourly rate by this will give you the most accurate way of billing and ensuring you don't undercut yourself while the actual payment is never over the quoted amount (clients love this). It means it will allow you to reinvest in yourself with sick leave, holidays, new equipment and software.
So for a site mock up I would have quoted $675, while the actual billable would have come in around $375-$450.

hi is there a larger size for my 27in imac as i had one exactly like this but i accidentally lost my wallpaper folder and i cant find this light blue christmas wallpaper i had ! if you know any light blue christmas wallpapers like this, please link.
